Provider rates use delivered emails; stored event-table rates use tracked sends. Opens are estimates and scanners can generate clicks. Historical emails without stored events cannot be measured retroactively. Individual test emails are shown separately below.

SIGNUP AUTOMATIONS
Signup automations
Build timed emails for future signups and prepare them for review.
AdManage’s existing emails stay in their current system. These automations prepare emails for future signups only. Existing accounts are never enrolled on import. Existing opt-outs are respected.
Edit automation
Each delay is measured from signup. New signups appear after the next successful sync, usually within five minutes. Editing is available while paused.

EVENT-BASED EMAILS
Lifecycle flows
Prepare drafts or send automatically when a saved flow is enabled.
New flows start paused. The first product sync establishes a baseline; historical milestones are not replayed. Automatic sending requires verified recipients with explicit ongoing lifecycle permission. Existing programmatic emails keep their current delivery paths.
Lifecycle flow
Entry conditions
All conditions must match. Missing product facts never count as zero.
Stop when
All exit conditions must match to stop remaining emails. Empty means no additional goal-based exit.
Email steps
Delays are measured from the event. Each enrollment snapshots the saved content. Pause before editing.
Lifecycle email queue
Observed product events
Events come from differences between signed source snapshots, usually five minutes apart. They may summarize multiple launches between snapshots. Occurred and observed times are distinct.
EXISTING PRODUCT EMAILS

Provider outcomes, stored tracking and the existing email queue.

Program catalog
Source routines are documented separately from observed sends. A catalog entry does not imply the program is enabled.

Content
Bring in an .html file (up to 100,000 characters) or an email Claude made. Scripts and unsupported styles are removed.
Images in this email
Uploads are hosted publicly so recipients can see them (PNG, JPG, GIF or WebP, up to 2 MB). Replacing an image updates every place it appears.
Add an image
Images are hosted publicly for your email recipients. PNG, JPG, GIF or WebP. Automatic compression accepts originals up to 20 MB; hosted images are limited to 2 MB.
Upload an image or use a publicly accessible HTTPS URL. Images scale to fit the email; the description also appears in plain text.
HTML source
Markdown supports headings, bold text, links and hosted images.
Writing suggestions
Check factual claims, links and the mobile view before a real inbox test. Suggestions do not predict performance.

Layout approximation. Gmail can change styling, dark mode and clipping. Use Test email for an actual inbox check.
Inbox details
Needs at least 4 recipients. Opens can include privacy proxies, so clicks are the steadier signal.

Who should get this email?
Synced from AdManage every 5 minutes. Users who opted out of AdManage emails and suppressed addresses are left out.
View opt-out & suppression list
These addresses are excluded from the selected AdManage audience. AdManage email preferences and local suppressions both apply.
Segments filter your active contacts. Manage them in Contacts.
Separate addresses with commas or new lines. Duplicates and existing opt-outs are excluded during review.
Start with a smaller batch, check its results, then return to this email to review the next batch. Each batch needs your confirmation. Addresses assigned to earlier batches of this email are excluded, even if you change providers.

PLAN YOUR NEXT SEND
Cost estimator
Estimate one blast and your monthly budget using your shared email allowance.
Planning assumptions · account billing is not synced.
Recorded in MailCheap
Accepted sends are grouped by request date in the current UTC calendar month. Uncertain outcomes and waiting recipients are excluded. This covers MailCheap only; it is not your provider billing cycle or total account usage. Include recorded sends sets each provider’s baseline to at least this count, keeping any higher forecast you entered.
Your sending plan
Include AdManage’s existing emails, other sending domains and inbound usage. Enter a forecast for the same billing month.
Test emails & hosting
The existing Hetzner server needs no additional server purchase. Enter any share of hosting, Workers Paid or other subscriptions you want in this budget. Zero excludes those existing bills.

How this estimate works
Each blast recipient counts as one Resend email. The extra cost compares your shared account’s forecast before and after these blasts. Paid Resend overages are charged in 1,000-email buckets; the Free plan has a 100-email daily limit.
Cloudflare includes 3,000 outbound emails per billing month on Workers Paid, then $0.35 per 1,000. Verified destination tests are free. Cloudflare delivery totals include the other outbound usage you enter; its existing subscription fee belongs in your subscription allocation.
USD estimates before tax, discounts and custom contracts. Plan and usage are assumptions, not a live invoice. Rates checked 12 October 2026.
